El primer viernes acudimos a La Laguna, en compañía de Michel, para examinar los edificios presentativos de la ciudad, que como todos sabemos es Patrimonio de La Humanidad.Una vez allí nos dividimos en parejas y a cada una de ellas les tocó analizar un edifico, teniendo en cuenta las condiciones en las que se hallaba y el uso que se le ha asignado actualmente.
On the first Friday we come to La Laguna, in Michel's company, to examine the buildings presentativos of the city, which as all we know is A Patrimony of The Humanity. Once there we divide in pairs and to each of them they had to analyze one I build, having in it counts the conditions in which it was situated and the use that has assigned him nowadays.
En esta ocasión, en la primera salida de campo, la casa seleccionada para mi y mi compañero fue "La Casa Mesa", la cual fue levantada en el s. XVIII por José Jacinto de Mesa y Castilla, y que actualmente se utiliza como parte de la sede del juzgado, aunque durante décadas se utilizó como centro educativo. Su fachada y el interior han sido rehabilitadas y modificadas, pero aún conserva la heráldica en mármol de la familia Mesa
In this occasion, in the first exit of field, the house selected for my and my companion was " La Casa Mesa", which was raised in the 18th for Jose Jacinto de la Mesa y Castilla, and that nowadays is in use as part of sedate of the court, though during decades it was in use as educational center. His front and the interior have been rehabilitated and modified, but still the heraldry preserves in marble of the family Table.
En la segunda salida de campo tuvimos que encontrar, en grupos de tres, un edificio de interés histórico que no estuvieran catalogados en el plano oficial de San Cristóbal de La Laguna. La Capilla de La Cruz data del s.XIX y se encuentra en la calle Quintin Benito. Su estado actual es de abandono y en total deterioro, a pesar de hallarse enfrente de la Plaza del Cristo.
In the second exit of field we had to find, in groups of three, one building of historical interest that they were not catalogued in the official plane of San Cristóbal of La Laguna. The Chapel of The Cross dates back of s. The XIXth and Quintin Benito is in the street. His current condition is of abandon and in total deterioration, in spite of being situated opposite the Plaza del Cristo.
